The rooms were spacious and recently renovated, with clean and spacious bathrooms. The resort was situated in a peaceful and refreshing environment, perfect for relaxation. The prompt room service was commendable.
The location of the resort was not convenient for tourists, as it was away from important places and main markets of the city. The staff was not particularly helpful, with slow housekeeping service and the need for multiple reminders.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the reasonable room rates and the warm greeting at check-in. the Christmas decorations were festive and welcoming, adding a touch of holiday spirit to my stay. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short stroll from the main market and shops, making it easy to explore the nearby area.
My experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the customer service was less than satisfactory, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail.
